Low Carb Bread Pudding! Enjoyable meal

Ingredients
1.Egg yolk (1)
2. Maple syrup (1 T)
3.Organic vanilla extract (. 25 T)
4.Egg (1)
5.Coconut milk (. 5 c)
6.Grain free bread (4 slices)
Preparation
1- Line a pot that will fit inside the Instant Pot cooker pot, using parchment paper.
2- Add the vanilla, syrup, yolk, egg and milk into a blender and blend for 10 seconds before adding in the melted unsalted butter.
3- Add water to the Instant Pot cooker pot before adding in a trivet and placing the line pot on top of it before adding in the bread to the pot on top of the trivet.
4- Add the results from the blender to the top pot, taking care to press on the bread to distribute the mixture evenly.
5- Place a small parchment square over the pudding.
6- Place the Instant Pot cooker pot into the Instant Pot cooker and seal the lid. Choose the steam option and set the time for 15 minutes.
7- Once the timer goes off, select the natural pressure release option and allow the pot to sit for 20 minutes.
8- Allow the Instant Pot cooker to cool for 5 minutes before using the parchment paper to remove the pudding.
9- Transfer the pudding to a serving dish and flip prior to serving.
