Espresso powder (1 tsp)
Rolled organic oats (. 5 c)
Almond milk (. 5 c)
Water (1.25 c)


Preparation

1.Add the espresso powder, sugar, oats, water and milk together in the Instant Pot cooker pot and mix well.

2.Lock the lid and choose the high-pressure option before setting the time for 10 minutes. 


3.After the timer goes off, turn off the Instant Pot and use the option to naturally release pressure for approximately 10 minutes.


4.Add in the vanilla extract and mix well. 


5.Recover the pot and allow it to rest for 5 minutes while the oats thicken.
